Valentino's New York Style Pizza & Restaurant

My bridal shower was here. The food was very good. The staff was nice. There is convenient parking.

4.55 for 1 regular slice and a can of soda it's only 5 cents cheaper than ginos theres no napkins by the table its slightly less crowded and it doesn't taste any better or worse than ginos it's a good place but not really an ideal alternative sadly

Love this pizza place. Used to go much more frequently when I lived a lot closer, but I still crave their chicken cacciatore pizza. Their specialty pies are the best. Bacon/chicken/ranch pizza, chicken a la vodka pizza... All fantastic. Oddly, the cheese pizza is nothing to write home about, but you should come here for their specialty stuff. Very good entrées, too. Not cheap, but no more expensive than you'd pay for the same kind of food that isn't as good elsewhere.Also, in my opinion, much better than Gino's, which really just has the benefit of being so much closer to Queens College. Trust me, this place is worth the walk.

Good food but prices a bit high

The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is friendly. I enjoy coming here, o have never been unhappy with anything I've ordered. I love their eggplant dishes!!

Excellent for family dining friendly staff parking clean

I would have given it five stars, but I went on a bad day when their waiter evidently didn't show up to work. So, I took off one star for lack of service and food that I think is not quite five star but pretty close. I had stuffed shells, great! The sausage personal size pizza, not bad, but the crust is kinda soft... My brother said the meatball sub was good.They have a daily lunch special. I love it! Most places only have weekday lunch specials, but I can go here on weekends and have smaller portions for a lower price. I think it's both economical and healthier. I really think most restaurants serve bigger than necessary portions and it's making us fat...

Great Pizza the food in the restaurant stinks and very overpriced

Valentino's is wonderful spot- we ate at sit down part of the restaurant-- it was clean and decorated tastefully. Staff pleasant and service fast. Prices reasonable- but the best part is the food- DELICIOUS! Recommend the appetizers as well as the pasta. Love the unique touch of the hand painted windows outside the restaurant too. Great bet for a good meal!

Their food is awesome. The staff is very polite. They have one awesome lady that works extremely hard in almost every area of the pizzeria. She is a fast talker as well which is a good thing if you don't want to spend a million years on the phone for an order. There are the guys in the front that are really cool and polite as well. Let's not forget Steve is a great person any issues just ask to speak to him.

I love this restaurant, we found Valentino's a couple of trips ago. 2 sides to the restaurant one side is self serve with Pies, Salads and pasta. The other side is dine in and table service. The people working here are great and really go out of their way to make sure you have a good dining experience. We told them we needed an extra plate because we were planning on sharing an entree, the entree comes to the table already split. You gotta love it. Eat here!

They used to have a branch in Mineola I used to go to and it had some of the best specialty slices in the city; and I'm a born and raised NYC boy before moving to Long Island for a few years. After that spot closed, I came to the main branch and the quality is even better. The slices are great, their entrees are on par with the quality of their pizza, and the prices are reasonable with a friendly staff. I stop by whenever I'm back in town and think it's worth the trip for anyone looking for good pizza and Italian food in the area

The lunch specials are wonderful and reasonably priced! The pizza and pasta are excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you're in the neighborhood, Valentino's is definitely worth a try!

We've been going here for years. The food is really good and they have great lunch specials. The back of the pizzeria has table service and they give you complimentary bread that you can dip in olive oil. They also have good Italian ice for sale.

Delicious!, Fresh food, Inexpensive for a Quality meal. I have been eating at this restaurant for years! The pizza selection is awesome, they make specialty pizza with sesame seeds in the crust, a very old tradition in pizza making, also served without. The lunch specials are daily at $7.95 (dine in) and have the standard Italian recipes to choose from. Very clean restaurant! Bathrooms and seating area is well kept, there is also a rear dining area with a full menu. Great place to stop in and visit if your local. You won’t be dissatisfied.

Good pizza.. Salad with the gorgonzola is great and their pasta Bolognese is amazing. Call in your order it's faster.

The pizza is to die for. They have all kind of pizza toppings with a sesame crust!!!!! The calamari wasn't too bad either.💞

It's average, sometimes it's just okay. Though the service is above average and overall pretty good restaurant.

I've ate at dozens of pizzeria/restaurants across Metro NY from Manhattan to Montauk and Valentino's is my favorite. It's a quick stop off the LIE going to and from Manhattan and that's a great convenience if you get hungry while en route. Parking is very easy too with the large parking lot behind or park up front with a meter. The staff and owners are great people. This is a great family run business and they take pride. Steve is an excellent cook, manager and front man. You will not be disappointed.

The taste is constantly good. I have been a customer for 15 years and some of the best Italian food around.

There is a large variety of pizza to choose from. Food is delicious and restaurant is spotless. I gave them only three stars because their food is always delivered ice cold! Show your customers some respect and deliver your food to them hot like it is supposed to be. The other pizzerias in the area deliver hot food, why can't Valentino's??

I just moved into the area and was in DESPERATE need for Italian food. I have eaten all over NYC the minute I tasted/tested Valentino food I knew I was in italiano heaven! I ordered their pizza and their pasta ! Everything is great and taste like its being cooked to order!! Delivery is fast and the driver is a cool dude!!

Excellent food and service. If there was the ability to place more stars I would rate them a 10+++. From the staff to the owner Steve, super professional and attentive. It's no wonder this place has been around for so long.

Such good pizza and a very convenient location. We had the Chicken pizza and it was so much better than expected. Smiling friendly staff throughout the restaurant. Food comes out in a reasonable time.

Valentino's has been there forever and had some of the best pizza on NYC. They also have a modest restaurant attached which, while not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, serves up good fare.

Great pizza place. Has a restaurant in the back in case you want to sit down, but this is more of a stand up or take out join. Not the thinnest crust on their pizza but pretty thin and thier pizzas are more savory in terms of sauce than sweet. My favorite here is a chicken parm pizza.

Had a four course dinner that was to die for. Fresh mozzarella, scallops, pasta with bolonais and desert. Amazing!

I love Valentinos. One of the best pizzerias in the neighborhood. I prefer their regular/pepperoni pies. Maybe it's the sauce they use? Not sure. But I love it. I can kill 3-4 slices in one sitting. I love the addition they did years ago to open up the back to a nice finer dining type atmosphere. Really beautiful. And makes it larger than it seems from the outside.

I have eaten in, picked up and had delivery. Great food, and many selections. easy parking for pick up, and...right on time delivery with accuracy. Tables/ chairs and floor were a little older and not 100% clean however its winter time which makes things a little leary. Let's see what the better weather brings as far as appearance to tables and floors.

Food is always fresh and hot. The food taste awesome no complaints.

I love adding the extra cheese to my pizza. It's delicious and cheesy. Plenty of seats in this restaurant.
